Unity Wireless to Supply China's ZTE Corporation with Power Amplifiers for Three Base Station Configurations

Based on ZTE's production forecast, the company expects that revenues from the bid will exceed $3 million through the balance of 2006.

BURNABY, British Columbia --(Business Wire)-- March 21, 2006 -- According to Client's Forecast - over $3.0 Million in Sales Expected This Year, with $275,000 Already Released to Production

Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB: UTYW), a developer of wireless systems and coverage-enhancement solutions, today announced that it has won a significant portion of a bid to supply China's ZTE Corporation with power amplifiers for the production of 450MHz, 800MHz and 1,900MHZ base stations in 2006.

Unity Wireless has already received purchase orders under the bid for more than $275,000 of products to be delivered beginning immediately. Based on ZTE's production forecast, the company expects that revenues from the bid will exceed $3 million through the balance of 2006. Each product was previously qualified by ZTE, and sales of these products to ZTE will represent ongoing revenue for products currently in production.
