China Digital Communication Group Executes a Letter of Intent With Shenzhen Zhuo Tong
China Digital Communication Group (OTC BB: CHID), one of the fastest growing battery components manufacturers in China, announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Shenzhen Zhuo Tong Power Supply Industry Co., Ltd.
