e-works, IT application portal of Chinese manufacturing, started to host the appraisal of 2009 Chinese manufacturing IT application. This event will last over three month to March, 2010. It is the 7th annual appraisal event of e-works.

From the end of 2003, e-works evaluate the growth of IT application market, elect the outstanding CIO, best IT practice, excellent IT vendors and products serving Chinese manufacturing industries every year. The appraisal will also elect the "Top ten hotspots in Chinese manufacturing" and "Top ten hotspots of Chinese manufacturing IT application". The Appraisal is the most influential and best known annual event in Chinese manufacturing IT application area.

The award ceremony and the 4rd Chinese manufacturing CIO forum will be hosted on March, 2010 in Beijing. Hundreds of CIO from mainstream Chinese manufacturers will attend the ceremony and forum.
