HP announced the opening of its first service center in Macau, that supports carry-in HP products, provides direct and prompt service to customers in Macau. The new Macau HP Service Center builds upon HP's commitment to provide quality customer care services in local community.

 

The Macau HP Service Center is situated at an accessible city location and spans over 1,000 square feet, the service center provides customers a spacious and comfortable environment in the central district of Macau. Initially the service center supports the full range of HP carry-in products, including printers, handheld devices and notebook PCs.

 

The Macau HP Service Center is staffed with a dedicated customer service support team serving the local market. By simply bringing their HP products to the HP Service Center for repair and maintenance, customers in Macau can now enjoy direct access to a local service team, for faster turnaround and response time. With the proximity to customers, HP service team will better understand customers' needs to ensure better optimizations and solutions for their products.
