It is setting up a dealer network to sell domestically-made Skoda sedans.
?SHANGHAI (AFX) - Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co Ltd said it is setting up a dealer network to sell domestically-made Skoda sedans.
Shanghai Volkswagen, a joint venture between SAIC Motor Corp Ltd and Germany's Volkswagen Group China, said the network will be made up of 80 partners in the initial phase.
It said it expects the first phase to be finished by early next year.
Shanghai Volkswagen will start making the mid-range Skoda Octavia from 2007.
