China Glass 2006

China International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition, hereafter referred to as China Glass, is a dynamic and innovative one since 1986 of its launch. China Glass is an annual event and held alternately in Beijing and Shanghai. It is the unique international exhibition sponsored and supported by all glass industry-related governmental departments and nationwide trade associations of China. It is the heaviest in Asia and one of the most influential international glass exhibitions in the world.
 
The area of China Glass 2005 was two times as large as 15,000 sqm of China Glass 2003 at the same location. Among the 625 exhibitors, 208 came from abroad, accounting for even more 1/3 in total. They came from 24 countries. Italian and American exhibitor teams set up their own pavilions respectively. Most of well-known and reputable companies participated in the event. Nearly 35,000 professional visited this event, including 2,500 foreign visitors. It was exciting Korean and Indian visit groups had about 150 attendees each to be present during the event while Asian countries, Russia and other countries sent their visit teams to be available yet. Simultaneous series seminars and Glass Processing Day also attracted many attendees in glass field abroad and at home. China Glass 2005 was so successful that a record-breaking 80% of the space was reserved on site for China Glass 2006 in Beijing.
 
Therefore, it is definite that China Glass 2006 between April 25 and 28, 2006 at China International Exhibition Center in Beijing will be quite worth for exhibitors, users and visitors to return to Beijing. We will create an actual trade chance and realize more face-to-face negotiations between exhibitors and users at China Glass 2006. It will gain a win-win result. 2008 Olympic Games, World Expo 2010 and Chinese people entering the stage of a relatively comfortable life promote Chinese economics. Now each year, 2 billion square meter floorage come from new buildings. In 2004, output of vehicle was 5.074 million, up 14.2%. It is estimated the output of automobile will be 6 million in 2005, 8 million in 2010 and 10 million in 2020. This will push the swift development of Chinese architectural, automobile and domestic glass industries.
 
China’s glass industry had a rapid growth in 2004. The flat glass output was 3.0058 billion weight cases, up 20.5%. The production technology and the quality for on/out line coating, low-E, self-cleaning, antibacterial, energy conservation and safety glass were well promoted. The export of laminated glass used in vehicle was 78,000 ton, up 49.2%. The development of ultra thin and thick glass, hollow glass and TV glass kept stably.

Various high-grade refractories; various grinding, polishing, bounding, sealing, drying and coating materials; screen-printing material, paint, polymer, film; metals and precious metals, etc.

How to Participate in Exhibition
 

Any exhibitor should fill in application form and submit it to the Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co., Ltd. Booth(s) will be tentatively allocated according to exhibitor's request of booth area. After the whole payment is made, the booth(s) can be fixed.

Booth Rental
 

Option 1: Shell Scheme Booth Rental: US$330 per sqm
It includes carpeting, partitions, company's name in original language and Chinese on fascia, 1 desk, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket, 2 lights, 1 socket and electric supply for lighting.
Option 2: Raw Space Rental: US$290 per sqm
Booths will be set up at exhibitor’s expense.

Terms of Payment
 

Deposit: 50% of the total booth fee must be remitted within 2 weeks after receiving the signed contract with booth/space confirmation and official invoice, transferring by T/T to
Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co., Ltd., Bai Wan Zhuang Banking Office, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, No.15, San Li He Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China 100037. A/C No.: 0200001409006770125, indicating: “China Glass 2006”.
Balance: 50% of the total booth fee is required to remit to Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co., Ltd. in the same way mentioned above no later than Feb. 15, 2006.
