Anhui Ankai to build double-decker buses for London's 2012 Summer Games
A Chinese automaker will build 34 double-decker buses for use during London's 2012 Summer Olympics, reports the state-owned China Daily.
The Anhui Ankai Automobile Co. signed a contract with Big Bus Tours to provide the buses, which will be used for sightseeing tours.
Ankai, a major bus producer, also negotiated deals this year to supply 3,000 buses to Saudi Arabia and 280 buses to Russia, China Daily notes.
