ZTE, Softbank phone
ZTE Corporation, a Chinese provider of telecommunications equipment, and SoftBank, Japan's top telecommunications operator, announced Tuesday that their jointly developed Android smart-phone, Libero, will be available throughout Japan later in December.
The Libero will be the first Chinese smartphone to launch in Japan. The jointly developed smartphone, the Libero, will run Google's Android operating system.
