Ford sales rise 35 percent
Ford Motor Co last month sold 56,829 vehicles in China, up 35 percent over the same period last year.
November sales of models made by Ford's joint venture with Chongqing Chang'an Automobile Co and Mazda Motor Corp rose 28 percent year-on-year to almost 40,000. More than 40 percent of its sales were the popular Focus model.
Sales by the company's commercial vehicle joint venture with Jiangling Motor Co surpassed 17,000 units for the month.
Ford's total China sales for the first 11 months reached 525,100 units, a 39 percent increase over a year earlier.
