This is the first time that Lenovo's newly released global concept store design has been be adopted in Malaysia, and this is expected to enhance Lenovo's retail image and market share in the country.

 

Lenovo's new concept stores use the company's global unified design and open space, providing a more spacious shopping environment for consumers. A complete range of Lenovo's products, including the ThinkPad series and the IdeaPad series, is available in the stores and consumers can test and experience these products before purchasing.

 

With the opening of the two new stores, Lenovo has 14 retail outlets across Malaysia, including four concept stores and ten franchised counters in electronics chain stores.

 

At the same time, Lenovo announced it will extend the operating period of its customer service centers in Malaysia and the services centers will be open every Saturday in addition to normal workdays, making Lenovo the first PC maker that provides customer services on Saturday in Malaysia.
