The lab will not only be used as a research and development center for LTE technologies, but also will provide testing and training facilities for the implementation and commercialization of the next-generation wireless technologies.

 

In addition, Huawei's research team will be able to complete product tests with Japanese operators before delivery of new systems.

Because of the new lab, Huawei and its cooperative partners can start to deploy the commercial use of the LTE network at any time.
