Philips Recalls Coffee Makers In China
According to General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, Philips will recall a total of 6,000 HD7810 type coffee makers in China.
According to General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, Philips will recall a total of 6,000 HD7810 type coffee makers in China.
It is learned that Philips (China) Investment Company Ltd submitted a report to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, saying that it will call back HD7810 type coffee makers which were produced between June 8, 2006 and May 22, 2008. It is said that this type of coffee maker was mainly been sold in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangdong. Philips says that the coffee maker might burst suddenly and cause injury as a result of calcine build up leading to increased pressure and electrical failure.
