China Mofcom Starts Enquiry In EU Iron And Steel Fasteners

Mofcom has initiated an anti-dumping investigation on the import of certain iron or steel fasteners manufactured in the European Union.

News from the website of China's Ministry of Commerce is that Mofcom has initiated an anti-dumping investigation on the import of certain iron or steel fasteners manufactured in the European Union.
 
The products affected by the anti-dumping investigation are included in the Import and Export Tax Rules of the People's Republic of China numbers: 73181200, 73181400, 73181500, 73182100 and 73182200.
 
The investigation will be carried out according to China's Anti-dumping Rule and it is expected to be completed before December 29, 2009 but may be extended until June 29, 2010 if required.
