Expert Moldbase Extension (EMX) to help build one of the most comprehensive moldbase libraries for the mold making industry. Lung Kee Group, one of the four largest moldbase manufacturers in the world, has been ranked No.1 in moldbase production capacity.

With this library, manufacturers of home appliances, toys and automotive components can benefit from cost-effective development and production of molding tools. Not only is this a 3D library of standard parts, its “smart” design makes fitting and changing components in 3D much easier for engineers. It therefore reduces the design errors and the time spent by engineers on routine and time-consuming tasks. Additionally the moldbase library allows users to generate a completely assembled mold base with just a few mouse clicks. As all of the components in the library are in 3D format, it allows for quick, real-time previewing so that engineers are able to discover design errors at an early stage.
