October 27, 2008, representatives from UFIDA Software Co., Ltd. and shareholders of Beijing Founder Chun-Yuan Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd signed the formal Acquisition Framework Agreement, which stipulates that UFIDA will purchase 100% shares of the latter company with UFIDA self-owned funds of 56 million US dollars.

Finance informationization market in China has been developing rapidly since the implementation of GFMIS (Government Fiscal Management Information System) and now it is a huge market. Founder Chun-Yuan Company is the main provider of financial application software and services and the leader in the public finance area with advanced technologies. It covers over 50% of the market share in core business areas of financial market, with its centralized-paying and related systems extended to nearly 30 provinces and its comprehensive business system extended to dozens of financial Orgs.

It is revealed that UFIDA will maintain the original management team after the acquisition, and the Chun-Yuan company will keep its independent operation temporarily.
