The enterprise resource planning system of Gome and Yongle has now been connected, marking the successful completion of the business integration between the two sides following their merger.

Chen Xiao, CEO of Gome, said the parties' ERP integration is not only fast and efficient, but ensures their business growth can reach its maximum scale.

Gome acquired Yongle in July 2006. Since then, business integration has become a key task for the companies. For the new Gome Group which owns up to 900 stores, the integration of capital is just a superficial task and the real challenge it faced was said to be the integration of business patterns, organizational structures and the ERP system.
