BEIJING, China, May 1, 2006 – CAXA, the leading domestic PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) vendor in China today announced the merger of AcePilot, the e-Business Division of Asiatek. Asiatek is a leading IT solution provider in Taiwan for e-Business and Intelligence Transportation System. The AcePilot group develops the AcePilot and AcePilot APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) products used throughout Taiwan’s manufacturing centers.
