Shantui net income soars
Shantui Construction Machinery Co said first-half net income rose 145 percent to 494 million yuan ($72.6 million) as revenue rose 108 percent to 6.89 billion yuan, the company said in a statement to the Shenzhen stock exchange on Monday.
Net income in the third quarter may rise as much as 100 percent to 158 million yuan, according to a separate statement from the company.
